Accounting Job in Karachi
Al Mustafa Welfare Trust is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Collaborate with auditors and assist in the annual audit process.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- B.com / MBA Finance or Accountant
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
