Position: Team Lead Engineer
Are you ready to embrace these challenging roles and responsibilities? Oversee preventive maintenance compliance through report analysis and uploading new equipment/PM plans into the SAP system.
Prepare comprehensive budget consumption reports with well justified explanations.
Hold accountability for planned inspection (PI) and planned maintenance (PM) activities related to electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and pneumatic equipment.
Ensure the punctual completion of planned maintenance activities as per the predefined schedule.
Collaborate with the Production Planner to ensure timely availability of plant and machinery for scheduled inspections and maintenance.
Share weekly reports on PI and PM activities, highlighting compliance rates, observations, findings, and corrective action plans.
Identify chronic and sporadic losses/breakdowns and conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) to determine underlying causes, proposing mitigation strategies.
Scrutinize various documents, including SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment manuals, spare parts catalogues, and troubleshooting instructions, identifying missing data or anomalies.
Manage spare parts inventory, coordinating with Technical Stores and Procurement to ensure availability.
Verify the accuracy of parts specifications, drawings, etc., within the SAP MM system.
Monitor the availability of backup/refurbished parts, ensuring timely coordination and follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with service providers/contractors to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct daily floor rounds to identify abnormalities or faults and facilitate prompt rectification.
Track the status of notifications raised within the SAP system and report compliance on a weekly and monthly basis.
